We started Five Point Performance to support athletes like Jo Barnett. After just two years competing, Jo is a 2x COBYWA League runner up. She placed 4th in the 2025 Ohio Novice State Championships. She recently finished in 3rd place at the Wrestle Against Autism tournament. Jo got her start in wrestling the same way many girls have over the past several years, she followed her big brother to his competitions. After seeing a lone girl competing against the boys, Jo decided she could compete and wanted to compete. Since that fateful day, Jo has worked relentlessly at improvement while trying to inspire other female athletes.
